Shipping Policy
Processing Time: Please note processing time and shipping time are not the same. Once orders are placed please allow a processing time of 2-3 business days for order to be prepared, orders will then be shipped out according to your selected shipping method and time frame. All free shipping will go out on our standard shipping rate. All order made on the weekends
(Saturday ,Sunday) will begin processing on the following Monday and shipped according to selected method.
Example: Weekdays (ordered on 11/9/21 process between 11/10-11/12/21 Shipped out on (11/13/21)
: Weekends (ordered on 11/13/21 process between 11/15-11/17/21 Shipped out on 11/18/21)
USA PRIORITY EXPRESS SHIPPING/DELIVERY: Please allow 5-7 business days for priority express shipping, STANDARD SHIPPING/DELIVERY :Please allow 7-14 business days for standard shipping .All orders will be sent priority mail via 1 or 2 Carriers USPS & UPS Orders placed may take up to 2-3 business day to be processed, packaged and shipped. For all orders tracking # will be provided via email once package has been shipped .All orders placed after hours will be processed on next business day.
Please note: There may be potential delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside our control. In this case All order will still be fulfilled and shipped out to you and tracking number will be provide once order has been ship.
Pre-Order Policy
PRE-ORDER PROCESSING
Pre-order items are made and reserved specially for you. Please allow up to 15 business days (3 weeks) for pre-order processing before shipping begins. Processing time does not include weekends or holidays. Orders placed after business hours or on weekends will begin processing on the next business day.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Once the processing period is complete, orders will be shipped based on the service selected at checkout:
• Priority / Express Shipping: Please allow 5–7 business days for delivery.
• Standard Shipping: Please allow 7–14 business days for delivery.
All orders will be shipped via USPS and/or UPS Mail. Tracking numbers will be emailed once shipped.
RETURNS / REFUNDS ON PRE-ORDERS
Pre-order sales are final sale and cannot be cancelled, refunded, or exchanged once the order is placed.
• We do not accept returns or issue refunds on pre-ordered items due to processing being initiated immediately at purchase.
• If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 3 business days of delivery with photos, and we will gladly assist with a replacement or store credit if eligible.
ORDER CHANGES / CANCELLATIONS
After checkout, orders cannot be changed, edited, or cancelled. Please verify all information before submitting payment.

Return Policy
RETURN/REFUND & CANCELLATION : Returns and exchanges are not allowed on LASHES,LASH SHAMPOO,MAKEUP PRODUCTS,LASH GLUE or Any open packages,Unless Items are sent damaged or unusable. CANCELLATION: Orders are processed & shipped in a timely matter .Orders cannot be cancelled or modified after it has been processed for any orders modifications,contact us at: contact@lashmemink.shop.
