PRE-ORDER PROCESSING
Pre-order items are made and reserved specially for you. Please allow up to 15 business days (3 weeks) for pre-order processing before shipping begins. Processing time does not include weekends or holidays. Orders placed after business hours or on weekends will begin processing on the next business day.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Once the processing period is complete, orders will be shipped based on the service selected at checkout:
• Priority / Express Shipping: Please allow 5–7 business days for delivery.
• Standard Shipping: Please allow 7–14 business days for delivery.
All orders will be shipped via USPS and/or UPS Mail. Tracking numbers will be emailed once shipped.
RETURNS / REFUNDS ON PRE-ORDERS
Pre-order sales are final sale and cannot be cancelled, refunded, or exchanged once the order is placed.
• We do not accept returns or issue refunds on pre-ordered items due to processing being initiated immediately at purchase.
• If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 3 business days of delivery with photos, and we will gladly assist with a replacement or store credit if eligible.
ORDER CHANGES / CANCELLATIONS
After checkout, orders cannot be changed, edited, or cancelled. Please verify all information before submitting payment.
